MODE OF ACTION

Shilajeet is a blackish brown exudation, consisting of a mixture of low molecular weight organic compounds, which comes from the steep rocks of different formations commonly found in the nortwestern belt of Himalayas. In Ayurveda it is considred a potent health-promoting agent. (Traditionally it has been used in genitourinary infections, diabetes, bronchial asthma, stomach problems, stress anxiety and convalescence indication.)

SUGGESTED USE

One or two capsules per day.
