COMPOSITION

Ayudep contains Hypericum perforatum standardized to 0.3% hypericin and 5% hyprophins.

INDICATIONS

Mild to moderate depression

MODE OF ACTION

St. John 's work inhibits the action of enzyme monoamine oxidase (MAO). MonoAmine oxidase is resposible for the break down of two brain chemicals serotonin and norepinephrine. Norepinephrine acts as a brain stimulant by inhibiting MAO and increasing norepinephrine. St. John's Work exerts a mild anti depressive action.

SUGGESTED USE

One capsule three times a day for 4 to 6 weeks.
